Then, you will start to walk around in one of the most prestigious universities in Taiwan, National Taiwan University, which was founded in 1928 by the Japanese administration during the Japanese colonial era. You will also visit some of the famous attractions at the campus, and you will be given a brief introduction about the school by the tour guide.
After the campus tour, you will visit Gongguan shopping area, which is just across the campus. There are many inexpensive but tasty local food shops in that area, and you can also find some novelties that are very popular to young students nowadays. Behind Gongguan MRT station in Taipei, there is Treasure Hill Artist Village, and you will see many interesting studios of talented and promising young artists.
The highlight of this tour is going to the indoor shrimp field at Shihlin District, and you will spend about 2 hours there finishing shrimps. You can grill all the shrimps you fished. Moreover, you can order some other fresh seafood and beer on your own expense. This is also one of the popular activity for Taiwan college students.
